Launching soon
Dear Hattie, please sort it.
A private concierge for people with more going on than hours in the day. Message Hattie like you would a brilliant PA. Real people take it from there.
Opening soon. We’re starting small so we can get it right.
Meet Hattie
The person you wish you had on speed dial.
You’re good at your job. That’s why the rest of life keeps slipping. The dinner you meant to book. The insurer who never called back. The birthday that is somehow tomorrow.
Hattie takes all of it off your hands. Send a message on WhatsApp, leave a voice note between meetings or forward the email you’ve been ignoring. Then get on with your day.
How it works
Three steps. You only do the first one.
-
You write to Hattie
WhatsApp, voice note or email. No app to learn and no forms to fill in. Write it the way you’d say it.
-
Hattie gets it ready
Options found, times checked, replies drafted. Usually within minutes.
-
A real person makes it happen
Someone on our desk checks the details, makes the judgement calls and sees it through. You get a short note when it’s done.
Real people
Quick like software. Careful like a person.
We’ll be straight with you. Hattie uses AI for the legwork, because it is fast and it never forgets that you prefer the aisle seat.
But nothing that carries your name, your money or your word goes out without a person checking it first. If something is unclear, we ask. We don’t guess.
Behind Hattie are real people who get to know how you like things done, so you only ever have to explain it once.
What Hattie handles
If it’s on your mind, it can be on our desk.
A few of the notes we like getting.
Dear Hattie, I forgot our anniversary is Friday. Somewhere special, not too loud, 8pm. Flowers to the house that morning would help my case.
Booked. Corner table for two at eight. Flowers arrive before nine. Have a lovely evening. H
Dear Hattie, my flight home has been cancelled and I’m about to walk into a meeting. Get me back tonight if you can.
You’re on the 19.40. Aisle seat. Boarding pass is in your email and a car will meet you at arrivals. H
Dear Hattie, the boiler people have ignored me for two weeks. Please make them stop ignoring me.
Spoke to the area manager. Engineer is coming Thursday between 8 and 10. I’ll remind you the night before. H
Dear Hattie, six of us, client dinner, Tuesday, near Liverpool Street. One vegan, one who hates sharing plates.
Private room for six at 7.30. Menus sent ahead so nobody has to ask. Details are in your diary. H
Also very much our thing
- Travel, tables and tickets
- Diary wrangling and reminders
- Gifts, flowers and occasions
- Home admin, tradespeople and renewals
- The phone calls you keep putting off
- Research before a big decision
Not sure if it counts? Ask. The answer is usually yes.
Discretion
What you tell Hattie stays with Hattie.
You’re trusting us with your diary, your home and sometimes your card details. We take that seriously.
- Your information is used to look after you and for nothing else. We never sell it or share it.
- Only the people working on your requests can see them.
- Anything that spends money or makes a commitment in your name needs your say so first.
- You can ask us to delete your file at any time.
It starts here. This website collects nothing about you. No cookies, no trackers, no forms.
Membership
Starting small, on purpose.
We’d rather look after a few people really well than a lot of people badly. So to begin with, we’re inviting a small group of members while we make sure everything works the way it should.
We’ll open up more places as soon as we can do it without letting standards slip. We hope to meet you then.
Launching soon
Dear Hattie is opening soon.
Starting with a small group of invited members. More places to follow.
